By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions you agree and acknowledge that you do so based upon your own opinions as to any benefits the products may provide. Our case studies are from customers who have had success with Smile Optics formulas. All results may vary. Please note: Consistency is Key.
Refunds will be processed in 3-5 days of order arriving to our fulfillment center. Refunds will be processed on the same method used for purchase or credited to your account as store credit upon customer preference.
PRODUCT SATISFACTION
If you, for any reason, are not satisfied with your order within 30 days of your receipt of the product, you may return the unused portion of the product for a full or partial refund; provided (i) the item(s) were not designated as non-returnable; (ii) we receive your return within thirty (30) days of delivery to you; and (iii) the merchandise is returned in the same condition as originally received by you. Once the goods are received by us, we will refund your purchase price, less the original shipping & handling charges. Open or unopened products are eligible for refund. RETURN SHIPPING
You bear the risk of loss or damage during shipment (other than when returning non-conforming merchandise) and as such, you are advised to obtain appropriate parcel insurance and tracking. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the applicable purchase.

DAMAGE DUE TO FREIGHT OR SHIPPING
All our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the product carefully to ensure it was not damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 48 hours after it has been delivered to you. Please contact us to notify us of any damaged product, including a full description of the damage.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I SWALLOW SOME OF THE GEL?
At Smile Optics, we strongly discourage the consumption of the gel found in our Gel & Syringe Refills. However, if a small quantity is accidentally ingested, it is unlikely to cause any significant adverse effects.

I'M PREGNANT, CAN I STILL USE THIS PRODUCT?
No, we do not recommend using Smile Optics Teeth Whitening Products if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Our Peroxide Gel & Syringe Refills contain peroxides, which may not be suitable for use during pregnancy.

IS THIS SAFE ON VENEERS, CROWNS & DENTURES?
SmileOptics Gel & Syringe Refills are specifically designed to whiten real, natural teeth and are not intended for dental work. While our Gel & Syringe Refills are safe to use and will not harm your dental work, it's important to note that they may result in uneven whitening if applied to such surfaces.
HOW DO I CLEAN THE MOUTHPIECE?
After utilizing the mouthpiece, detach it, disconnect any plugs, and cleanse it with water. For additional cleaning, you can apply a mild hand soap to the device. Once cleaned, dry it thoroughly, put it back into its holder, and store it appropriately.
ARE THE WHITENING KIT SAFE FOR CHILDREN?
Our Smile Opitcs Teeth Whitening brand prioritizes the safety and well-being of our customers, including children. However, we do not recommend the use of our Peroxide Gel & Syringe Refills for individuals under the age of 16.
